Many users have asked us, "Why is your eBay name different from your website?" Our answer is, Canalmerch(Canal Broadway Merchandise Corp), our eBay account, was supposedly to be used for just eBay. At the time we, as a company, had no intention of making our own website until recently. We then decided to choose ExpandSale because CanalMerch does not reflect our interest, which is low prices with great service. We recently jumped into making our website, simply because eBay has created an unfair environment for sellers by placing high rates and fees.

Let us go back ten years when our store was created. As we passed local New York stores, we wondered, "Why isn't there any stores that sell cheaper products to consumers? Why aren't stores open during holidays, when there are people who need to purchase a product" We then decided to embark on a journey that involved many risks and hardships. Many people have criticized about our name, but which store sells for ten years, seven days a week and nine hours a day? If you ever visit our store, you will see we are always open, even on 9/11, we were open. Even during the summer blackout on August 14, 2003 we were open. Even in the worse weather scenarios, we were open. That is how committed we are to our customers. We want our customers to come to us for whatever reason.

Shipping Information :

All orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours after the payment is clear (Monday-Friday). Order Confirmation email will sent to you after order is placed. You can view the current Order status and Shipment status of your order, by clicking the URL in the email sent to you. If you do not receive an Order Confirmation email, there may be an error with an incorrect your email address in order. In this case, please contact us as soon as possible to make any necessary corrections.

Shipping in the USA :

We offer UPS Shipping method in the continental USA. Tracking numbers are automatically sent after the item is shipped. You can view your package status in the Order status of your order via Shipment Status emails sent by Expandsale.

  • UPS Ground ( 2-7 business days ) is $6.95 for the first pound. Any additional pounds will cost $1.95 per pound.
  • UPS 3 Day shipping is $13.95 for the first pound. Any additional pounds will cost $1.95 per pound.
  • UPS Second Day is $17.95 for the first pound. Any additional pounds will cost $2.45 per pound.
  • UPS Next day is $29.99 for the first pound. Any additional pounds will cost $2.45 per pound.
  • For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and AFO/APO, we use USPS Priority Mail. It costs $10.95 for the first pound. It will take 4 to 5 business days.
  • Every order with shipping address in New York State will automatically be charged 8.875% sales tax. Orders shipped outside of New York state are not taxed.

Important Notice : We accept PayPal and all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa). We only ship to Billing Address or Confirmed Shipping Address.

Shipping for International :

All international customers are responsible for any duties tax and customs fees. Please contact your local customs office for details.

  • For International Shipping we only ship via USPS.
  • UPS Standard to Canada shipping is $18.49 for the first pound ( 4 to 7 business days )
  • USPS Global Express Mail to Canada shipping is $30.75 for the first pound. It will take 3 to 4 business days .
  • USPS Global Express Mail to International shipping is $35.99 for the first pound. It will take 4 to 8 business days

Return Policy :

All merchandises are brand new and fully warranted by the manufacturer when purchased

  • ExpandSale reserves the right to:
    - Apply a 15% restocking fee to all refunds
    - Charge a 15% restocking fee for damaged, incomplete or otherwise non-conforming return(s)
  • Defective items will be exchanged within twenty (20) days from date of purchase. After 20 days, please contact the manufacturer
  • Shipping and insurance are non-refundable and buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
  • Products return must be in new condition as shipped from manufacturer including: original packaging, materials, instructions, accessories, and warranty card must be in their original condition. Products return damaged or in unacceptable condition will be sent back to the customer.
  • In any case, refunds CANNOT be accepted when the UPC code, serial number and/or any bar code is missing and/or different from our records for ANY reason!
  • Claim for missing accessories or product not as advertised must be reported within ten (10) days from the delivery date.
  • Any product(s) deemed non-defective or non-damaged will be returned in the condition received at the customer's own expense.
